Remove the cap, shake well, and spray from approximately 15 cm (be cautious, this is slightly more than the Hard Men cream) onto clean, dry underarms. Avoid using too much. The fragrance is excellent, but it shouldn’t follow you down the hallway of your home for an hour after you leave.
