• Аромалампа: у верхню чашу аромалампи налити 2-6 столових ложок теплої води, додати кілька крапель аромакомпозиції, потім в нижню частину поставити запалену свічку (спиртово-парафінову в металевому контейнері).

• Аромаванна: до 1-2 столових ложок емульгатору (сіль морська, мед) додати 3-5 крапель аромакомпозиції, розчинити в 0,5 л теплої води, додати цю суміш у воду, набрану у ванну. Час проведення процедури від 10 до 20 хвилин.

• В армакулон або аромамедальон накапати 1-2 краплі аромакомпозиції.
