Instructions

Step 1 – You can pre-treat dry or hard nails with CND Solar Oil cuticle treatment. Step 2 – Apply two thin coats of Vinylux Weekly Polish Step 14 – Finish with one coat of Vinylux Weekly Top Coat for extra durability and shine
