Perform the facial massage on cleansed skin covered with your favorite oil or serum, moving from the center of the face outward to allow the tool to glide smoothly over the skin. Follow movements from the inner to the outer sides of the face, incorporating lifting motions and massaging selected areas. Conduct the facial massage according to the instructions included in the package.

Cleanse your face, spray with a hydrolat, and then apply your favorite oil or serum.
Start the massage from the forehead, moving from the center outward and then towards the lymph nodes.
Repeat the process on the cheekbones, chin, and neck.
Massage around the eyes and along the eyebrows, directing excess lymph towards the outer sides of the face and then to the lymph nodes.
