1. PREPARATION OF THE SKIN:
Thoroughly cleanse the skin of your face, neck, and décolleté.
Apply massage oil or serum to the skin to help the cups glide smoothly and minimize friction.

2. FACE AND EYE MASSAGE:
Gently place the cup on your skin and carefully squeeze it to create a slight vacuum.
Move the cup smoothly from the center of your face outward, starting from the forehead, moving through the cheeks, and towards the jawline.
For the delicate area around the eyes, use a smaller cup and make gentle tapping motions without moving the cup.
Repeat the movements several times.

3. NECK MASSAGE:
Choose a larger cup for the neck massage.
Gently place the cup on the neck skin and squeeze to create a slight vacuum.
Move the cup from the base of the neck upwards towards the jaw.
Repeat the movements several times, aiming to cover the entire neck evenly.

Move the cup horizontally from the center of the neckline towards the shoulders.
