Take up the eyeshadow with Brush n°23 and tap the back of the hand to remove excess powder. Apply to the upper eyelid, patting to ensure maximum pigment and coverage, then sweep the shadow outwards. To ensure even application, start in the inner corner, blending upwards in circular movements to shade the formula. Keep the brush horizontal to blend the shadow seamlessly.
