Mixing ratio: 1:1 (60 ml colour + 60 ml Igora Royal Oil Developer)

Choosing Developer:

3% – colouring darker, pastel colouring

6% – 1-2 levels of lift, tone on tone colouration, white coverage

9% – 2-3 levels of lift

Virgin Hair:  First apply to mid lengths and ends. In 10-15 minutes, apply to the roots.

Re-Growth: First apply to the root area. In 15-30 minutes, re-apply to the mid lengths and ends.

Development Time:

3% – max 30 minutes

6% – 30-45 minutes

9% – 30-45 minutes

Rinsing:  Emulsify and rinse out thoroughly until water runs clear. Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner from BC Colour Freeze range.
