To prepare the hair, use L’ANZA Keratin Healing Oil Shampoo or the appropriate L’ANZA shampoo. Towel-dry it and then apply Thermal Therapy Part A, section by section. Put a processing cap on and sit under a hood dryer for 10 minutes. After processing, rinse the treatment off and proceed to applying Part B. Take the cap off and let the hair air dry for another 10 minutes. Then rinse it with warm water and towel-dry. The hair will feel rough, but this is fine. Do not comb through it before applying Part B. Once you’ve applied this product, let the hair air dry or style as appropriate.
