1. Apply 3 drops onto your fingers and rub them into your hands. Start applying the product to your forehead, then move from your cheeks to your temples, and from your chin to your ears. Rub a small amount of the product between your palms, then use alternating smoothing strokes from the center of your chin to your ears, and then along the sides of your neck to your collarbones.

2. Add 3 more drops to your fingers. Apply the product to your décolleté area using your palms and massage with confident stroking motions. Begin in the center, then move to your forearms. Repeat 3 times with each hand.

3. Make firm circular motions with your palms, starting from the center of the décolleté area, then across and around the shoulder to the back of the neck, and up to the base of the skull. Then, glide back to the collarbone with smooth stroking motions. Repeat 3 times with each hand.

4. Use your fingers to draw larger circles in the center of your cheeks. Move upward along the outside of your nose to your forehead, then across your forehead, along the hairline, and back to your chin. Repeat 3 times.

5. Place the tip of your middle finger in the hollow of the orbital bones—just below the brow bone, with the tip of your index finger positioned 1 cm above it. On an exhale, increase the pressure on these two points. On an inhale, move your fingers from the eyebrows to the temples with medium pressure. On an exhale, press firmly on the temples again, then release the pressure. Repeat 3 times.
