• Step 1: From the centre of your eye, use the liquid eyeliner to draw a straight line as close to your upper lash line as possible while following the curve of your eye to the outer corner.
• Step 2: Next, draw a line from the inner corner back to the centre.
• Step 3: To create a wingtip, draw a line upward from the outer corner of the eye.
