Apply a small amount of toothpaste onto the surface of the toothbrush. With your teeth slightly apart, position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the tooth surface, making vertical movements from the gum towards the tooth crown. Perform 10-15 motions on each side. Finish the cleaning process with a gum massage by making circular motions with the toothbrush over closed teeth, covering both teeth and gums, moving from left to right.
