Sea bath salt contains a rich complex of bioactive substances, including a multitude of beneficial macro and microelements (Na, K, Mg, Ca, iodine, iron, chromium, bromine). A bath with aromatic sea salt calms and purifies the skin, stimulates the body’s regenerative processes, and enhances overall well-being.

Dissolve sea salt in warm water (37-40°C) at a ratio of 100 g per bath. The duration of the bath should be 15-20 minutes. After the bath, it is recommended to take a shower without soap and rest for 30 minutes.
