Dissolve the sea salt in warm water (approximately 37ºC) using two capfuls per bath. Soak for 15 minutes. Rinse off with running water. Avoid using soap. After the salt bath, rest for 20 minutes. It is recommended to follow a course of 8-10 baths over a period of 14-20 days.
