Spray: Use before styling. Suitable for weekly application or more, dependent on hair damage level. The recommended amount is 5-15 pumps. On average, you should only use 3ml per application. Apply onto clean, towel-dried hair. Comb through and leave to work for 90 seconds before styling. A little goes a long way, you don’t need to saturate your hair with product.

Nail Serum: Use every day for six days. Apply twice daily onto bare nails.
