Ylang-ylang essential oil is extracted from the flowers of the tropical Cananga odorata tree through steam distillation. The “Ylang-Ylang” hydrophilic oil for makeup removal is suitable for all skin types, particularly beneficial for mature and tired skin. It cleanses thoroughly and gently removes makeup. The oil is also effective for removing waterproof makeup products.

Facial cleansing with hydrophilic oils involves two steps. First, apply the oil to dry skin using gentle, massaging motions. Allow the oil to sit for one to two minutes to dissolve all impurities and makeup. During this stage, the oil also draws out excess oil from the pores, helping to prevent clogging and minimizing inflammation. Next, rinse the hydrophilic oil off with warm water. Upon contact with water, the oil transforms into a white emulsion and rinses off easily. After removing impurities and rinsing off the oil, wash your face with water again and then wipe your skin with a cotton pad soaked in lotion toner.
